2. What this security and privacy statement covers
This Statement applies to our website matins.hr and other services we provide (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
The security and privacy statement applies to the personal information and general information we collect from you while using the Services.
We respect your right to privacy and process only personal data in accordance with the relevant privacy provisions in the European Union and beyond.
Matins works with trusted partners like Google LLC for analytics tools (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).
For the personal information covered by this Statement of Security and Privacy used by the Website, Matins is the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. The information we collect
When using our site and filling out a contact form, we collect from you personal information you provide to us such as your name, e-mail address and contact number.
While using our web site, we may collect technical information about the devices you access our site, including: Internet and/or mobile connection (includes IP address), brand information of the mobile device, which operating system you are using, browser type. All of the above information is information of our users and does not disclose personally-identifying information.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we can send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

If we no longer have reason to store your data, it will be deleted or destroyed.

We do not share your information with third parties. There are exceptions, in the case of our Partners, when we share the most essential information we need to help us fulfill our obligations to you.
Partners may therefore have potential or genuine access to, and process, limited information about you on our behalf. Their official name is ‘data processors’:
• Delivery service delivering your ordered products
• analytics tool vendors (Google);
Your data may be processed, stored and transferred outside the country of residence or the European Union to the United States of America. After we change the Statement of Security and Privacy, it becomes effective immediately upon its publication. If you do not agree to these changes, please stop using our services.
